Depending on how you use the Dorence app, we may collect the following information.

Personal and Account Information

When you register, log in, or manage your account, we may collect:

• Mobile number

• Profile photo or selfie
• Other profile information provided by you

A selfie or profile image may be requested during registration for user identification, verification, and account management purposes.

2. Product and Warranty Information

When you scan a Dorence product QR code or register a product warranty, we may collect and process information such as:

• Product QR code or barcode information
• Product name
• Product identification or SKU
• Product serial number
• Installation date
• Registration date
• Customer name
• Warranty details
• Warranty start date
• Warranty expiry date
• Warranty status
• Reward amount associated with an eligible registration

This information is used to verify products, register warranties, maintain warranty records, and determine applicable rewards.

3. Reward and Wallet Information

The Dorence app may display and maintain reward-related information associated with your account, including:

• Reward amount earned
• Wallet balance
• Reward transaction history
• Withdrawal or payout request amount
• Withdrawal request status
• Reward credit or debit history

Reward amounts displayed in the app are part of Dorence's applicable reward program.

The Dorence app does not function as a bank, digital wallet, payment gateway, or payment-processing service.

4. Bank and Payout Information

To allow eligible users to receive reward payouts, we may collect:

• Account holder name
• Bank name
• Bank account number
• IFSC code
• Branch information
• UPI ID
• Selected payout method
• Requested payout amount

These details are collected only for reward payout purposes.

Important Payout Information

The Dorence mobile application does not directly process banking transactions or transfer money from within the application.

The app allows users to submit a reward payout or withdrawal request.

After a request is submitted, eligible payouts may be reviewed and processed separately by Dorence Industries through appropriate banking, UPI, or other authorized payout channels.

Bank account and UPI information is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Camera Access

The Dorence app may request access to your device camera for features including:

• Scanning Dorence product QR codes or barcodes
• Capturing a selfie or profile image

Camera access is used only when required for these features.

You may deny camera permission through your device settings, but certain app features may not function without access.

6. Photos and Media

The app may allow you to select an image from your device for your profile or registration-related purposes.

When you choose to upload an image, the app accesses only the content required to complete the action initiated by you.

7. Notifications

The Dorence app may use push notification services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, to send important information.

Notifications may include:

• Warranty updates
• Reward updates
• Wallet updates
• Payout request updates
• Transaction-related updates
• Account notifications
• Product or service information
• Important Dorence announcements

For notification delivery, we may process information such as:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging token
• Device notification identifier
• Basic application/device information necessary for notification delivery

You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We may use the information collected through the Dorence app to:

• Verify registered Karigars, partners, or authorized users
• Maintain user profiles
• Scan and verify Dorence product QR codes
• Register product warranties

• Accept reward payout requests

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process information only where reasonably necessary to operate the Dorence service.

Reward Payout Processing

Where required to complete an eligible reward payout, relevant payout information may be used by Dorence Industries or provided to authorized banking, payment, or financial service providers involved in completing the requested payout.

This does not mean that the Dorence mobile application itself processes financial transactions.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where required by:

• Applicable law
• Government authority
• Court order
• Regulatory requirement

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect Dorence Industries, our users, our services, or our legal rights.

10. Data Storage

Certain information may be stored locally on your device, including information necessary to:

• Improve your app experience

Account, warranty, reward, transaction, and payout-related information may also be stored securely on servers or infrastructure used by Dorence Industries.

Logging out of the app may remove locally stored login/session information but does not automatically delete information associated with your account from our servers.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from:

• Unauthorized access
• Loss
• Misuse
• Alteration
• Disclosure
• Destruction

Communication between the Dorence application and its servers is designed to use secure network connections such as HTTPS.

Because no electronic storage or internet transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users should keep their account credentials confidential and should not share their passwords with unauthorized persons.

12. Protection of Bank Information

Bank account and UPI details are considered sensitive information and are used only for purposes related to eligible Dorence reward payouts.

We do not use your bank account number, IFSC code, or UPI ID for:

• Advertising
• User profiling for advertising
• Selling data to advertisers
• Unrelated marketing activities

Access to payout information should be limited to authorized persons and service providers where reasonably required to complete reward payouts.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Dorence account and associated personal information.

A deletion request may be submitted using the account deletion method made available by Dorence Industries or by contacting us using the details provided in this Privacy Policy.

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account.

Depending on applicable law and the nature of your request, you may be able to:

Certain account information may be updated directly through the Dorence app.

15. Location Information

The current Dorence application does not require precise device location for its core QR scanning, warranty registration, reward wallet, or payout-request functionality.

If location-related functionality is introduced in the future, applicable disclosures and permissions will be updated as required.

16. Advertising

The Dorence app is primarily intended to provide Dorence product, warranty, reward, and partner-related functionality.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Bank account information, UPI information, warranty records, and payout information are not used for targeted advertising.

17 Children's Privacy

Dorence is intended primarily for Karigars, business partners, professionals, and authorized users.

The application is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would violate applicable law.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to changes in:

• App functionality

• Information-handling practices

• Legal requirements

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will include an updated effective date.
